Colchester Dog Agility Club is the largest club of its type in the Borough of Colchester and North East Essex. We currently have 65 members training amongst them approx 90 dogs. The club founder and one of its trainers, Chris Lay, has many years’ experience in dog handling. As well as training and competing in Dog Agility Trials he has attended various courses including an Instructors Course and is currently at level 3 in competition. He has also competed in Obedience Trials and Breed Shows. He currently has 4 border collies. We have a team of trained instructors, several of whom are Agility Club Approved Instructors (ACAI), giving training at all levels from absolute beginners right up to advanced level. We also have a hard working management committee who looks after all aspects of running this large busy Club.
